1. Code of Conduct Policy
Purpose

Prohibit harassment, discrimination, and disrespectful conduct.

Non-Compliance
Violations may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination.
2. Conflict of Interest Policy
Purpose
To prevent situations where employees’ personal interests interfere with their responsibilities or the company’s best interests.
Policy

Employees must avoid activities, relationships, or outside work that create a conflict with BXUS Fashion LLC’s interests.

Employees may not engage in business dealings with suppliers, vendors, or customers for personal gain.

Gifts, favors, or special discounts from suppliers must be disclosed to management.

Employees must not divert customers, designs, or opportunities to competitors or personal businesses.

Any potential conflict must be disclosed immediately to the store manager or HR.
Non-Compliance
Failure to disclose or address conflicts of interest may result in disciplinary action, including dismissal.
3. Fraud Prevention Policy
Purpose
To safeguard company assets and ensure honesty in all transactions.
Policy

Fraud is strictly prohibited, including theft of cash, merchandise, materials, or misuse of company funds.

Employees must not falsify sales, records, measurements, or customer transactions.

Unauthorized discounts, free goods, or manipulation of pricing are considered fraudulent acts.

Tailors and sales personnel must account for all fabric, trims, and accessories issued to them.

Store managers must maintain accurate inventory and sales records.

Suspected fraud must be reported immediately to management.
Non-Compliance
Fraudulent activities will lead to termination and may be reported to legal authorities.
4. Anti-Bribery & Corruption Policy
Purpose
To uphold BXUS Fashion LLC’s zero-tolerance stance against bribery and corrupt practices.
Policy

Employees must not offer, give, solicit, or accept bribes in any form, whether cash, gifts, or favors, to influence business outcomes.

Employees must not accept commissions, kickbacks, or personal incentives from vendors, suppliers, or customers.

Hospitality or small gifts may only be accepted if:

They are of nominal value, and

They do not influence or appear to influence business decisions.

All supplier/vendor negotiations must be conducted transparently and in the company’s best interest.

Any suspicion of bribery or corruption must be reported immediately to management.
Non-Compliance
